Rachel Ray

So you may think by the title of this post, that Rachel is the author. Well, she's not, and if that isn't evident enough for you now, you will soon see by the many spelling and grammatical errors. Every author has a trademark... mine is just ingenuous spelling and grammar patters. Someday they will be famous. But that's not what this post is about. It's about cooking. Hence the Rachel Ray. I just want all of you to appreciate how beautiful (and healthy!) this meal was. Enjoy only with your eyes, as licking the computer screen would result in strange looks and social isolation. :)
